HalalOnly.de ("Platform") is an online marketplace enabling pharmacies, stores, grocery stores, and restaurants ("Vendors") to offer products/services for ordering. Users ("Customers") may place orders for delivery to their specified address.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing HalalOnly.de, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Platform.

3. User Obligations

• Customers must:
  • Provide halal-compliant delivery instructions (if applicable).
  • Be ≥18 years old for age-restricted products (e.g., pharmaceuticals).
• Vendors must:
  • Guarantee all products meet halal certification standards.
  • Comply with halal regulatory requirements in addition to general laws.

4. Ordering Process

• Orders are binding once confirmed by the Vendor.
• Vendors reserve the right to reject orders (e.g., out-of-stock items).

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are set by Vendors. The Platform is not responsible for pricing errors.

6. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates. Delays due to traffic, weather, etc., are not the Platform’s responsibility.
• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive orders.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Non-perishables may be returned within 14 days if defective.

• Vendor content (product images/descriptions) remains their property.

• The Platform is not liable for:
  • Vendor product quality/safety.
  • Delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses.
  • Allergies or adverse reactions to products.

10. Termination

We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law
